Earning money with your Google Blog is not that difficult if you combine it with Google AdSense program in order to make money from each click you generate on the text ads on your blog. The steps to put this work are fairly simple and I will show you how to do it below.

Step One

Join Google AdSense -
You can join Google AdSense to become a publisher for free at: www.google.com/adsense

Step Two

Place ads on your blog -
In order to start earning revenue from AdSense, you need to place the ads on your Google blog by logging in and clicking on the ‘Customize’ option. The next step is to click on ‘Add a gadget” and scroll down until you see AdSense option. Then you need to click on the “+” sign in order to activate the ads.

Step Three

Customize your ads -
After you pick the ads you would like to display on your Google blog, you have to choose the configuration, colors and size of the ads that you wish to show. There are also additional options that will let you choose from banner ads, rectangular ads, etc. When picking your colors, keep in mind that lighter colors seem to work better than darker colored ads. After you choose your settings, preview your Google AdSense ads to review how they will look on your Google blog. Once you are satisfied with your selections, click on “Save.”

Step Four

Place the AdSense code on your blog -
You need to take your ad from the “drag and drop” box located in the dashboard section. Move and place your ads where you would like them to display on your Google blog. Step Five

Never click on your own ads -
This is known as “Click Fraud” and you would never want to click on your own Google AdSense ads. Clicking on your own ads can cause Google to close down your account, as well as credit back the advertisers all of the revenue generated in your account.
